This 1973 Porsche 911T is finished in red over black leather and powered by a 2.4-liter flat-six mated to a five-speed manual transaxle. Equipment includes 15″ Fuchs wheels, rear fog lights, and a Kenwood CD stereo, while modifications include 85mm cylinder bores, updated pistons for 10.5:1 compression, and an updated fuel system and camshafts. An engine rebuild was completed in April 2019, and the hood, rocker panels, and right-rear quarter panel were repaired and refinished in October 2020.
The exterior is finished in Bahia Red (022) and features rear fog lights, a single exhaust exit, and chrome headlight rings, side-view mirrors, and window trim. The front bumperettes have been removed, and bodywork performed in October 2020 included repairing and refinishing the hood, rocker panels, and right-rear quarter panel.
Factory 15″ Fuchs wheels feature black centers with silver lips and wear 205/60 Toyo Proxes H4 tires. Stopping power is provided by disc brakes at all four corners.
The cabin features seats upholstered in black along with matching door panels and carpets. A Kenwood CD stereo is paired with aftermarket door speakers. The ignition switch was replaced and the interior wiring harness was serviced in preparation for the sale.
The four-spoke steering wheel wears an aftermarket wrap and frames a central 8k-rpm tachometer, a 150-mph speedometer, auxiliary gauges, and a clock. The five-digit odometer shows 61k miles.
The flat-six was rebuilt in 2019 by Foreign Exchange in Dayton, Ohio, using 85mm bores for a displacement of 2,397cc. According to the seller, additional features include 911E-specification camshafts, updated timing chain tensioners, and aftermarket pistons yielding a 10.5:1 compression ratio. The fuel system has been modified using 1977 911S components including the idle air control valve, replacement fuel injectors, and a rebuilt warm air regulator. Additional service performed under current ownership has included machining the cylinder heads, replacing the valves and valve guides, cleaning and resealing the fuel tank, the timing chain tensioners, the ignition control unit, and the fuel sending unit. An oil change was performed, the ignition switch and fast-start lever were repaired, and the batteries were replaced in August 2021.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle, which was disassembled, inspected, and resealed under current ownership.
