Delivered new in Corvette Bronze (993), the car is said to have been painted blue prior to being refinished in its current shade of bronze in 1996. Features include a tan soft top, body-color removable hardtop, driver-side mirror, front fender vents, and chrome bumpers.
Slotted 15″ steel wheels wear hubcaps and beauty rings and are mounted with BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires. A brake fluid flush was performed in 2020.
The interior was refreshed in 1996 and features seats upholstered in Saddle leather (424) along with woodgrain trim on the door panels and console. Features include floor mats, a Corvette-branded stereo, shoulder belts, an alarm system, and LT-1 engine specifications printed ahead of the parking-brake lever.
A three-spoke steering wheel is mounted to a tilting and telescoping steering column. Instrumentation includes a 160-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges located in the center stack. The five-digit odometer shows 52k miles.
The 350ci LT-1 V8 featured an 11.0:1 compression ratio when new and was factory rated at 370 horsepower and 380 lb-ft of torque. The seller states that the engine was overhauled under current ownership, and service in 2020 included a carburetor rebuild, fluid changes, and replacement of the spark plugs. The carburetor jets were replaced in August 2021 along with the fuel pump.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission, and the rear differential was rebuilt in July 2020.
