This 1937 Chevrolet Master Town Sedan is finished in burgundy and black over a tan cloth interior and is powered by a 216.5ci inline-six paired with a three-speed manual transmission. The Fisher-built two-door body is said to have been refinished in the current burgundy with black fenders around 2014 during a refurbishment carried out by Alex’s Auto Performance Plus of Costa Mesa, California. Features include driving lights, running boards, and a bright-finished grille, bumpers, and trim.
Color-matching steel wheels with chrome trim rings and hubcaps wear BFGoodrich Silvertown whitewall radial tires, with a spare stowed inside the trunk. The suspension is said to retain the factory leading-arm Dubonnet Knee-Action independent front suspension.
The interior features front and rear bench seats trimmed in tan button-tufted cloth upholstery with matching door panels and carpets. Amenities include wind-up side windows, a glove compartment, and woodgrain-style trim.
A black three-spoke steering wheel frames instrumentation that includes a 100-mph speedometer and auxiliary gauges monitoring oil pressure, coolant temperature, amperage, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows about 600 miles, and the seller indicates that approximately 7k miles have been added during current ownership and the odometer was reset during the refurbishment.
The 216.5ci inline-six was factory rated to make 85 horsepower and 170 lb-ft of torque, which is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed manual transmission. An electric fuel pump has been installed, and an oil change was carried out in June 2020.
