The car was fitted with a GT350-style lower front valance and hood with pins and has been refinished in red with white center stripes. GT350-style rocker stripes, Shelby badging, and side scoops were added, and additional details include chrome side mirrors, dual exhaust outlets that exit through the rear valance, and a retractable antenna.
Polished aftermarket five-spoke 14” wheels are mounted with 195/60 Kumho Solus KR21 tires. The car is equipped with power-assisted steering.
The interior features front bucket seats and a rear bench that have been reupholstered in black vinyl along with matching door panels and carpeting. The front bucket seats wear Shelby Cobra GT350 patches and additional amenities include a push-button radio, faux-woodgrain dash trim, lap belts, and vent windows.
A wood-rimmed three-spoke steering wheel with a Shelby center cap fronts a 140-mph speedometer that is flanked by auxiliary gauges. Rally Pac gauges are mounted to the steering column, and additional aftermarket instrumentation mounted below the dash display readouts for voltage, oil pressure, and water temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 81k miles.
The 289ci V8 is said to have been bored .030″ over and is fitted with an Edelbrock carburetor, aluminum GT40-style cylinder heads, an aftermarket camshaft, a stainless-steel dual exhaust system, Cobra-branded valve covers, and an aluminum radiator with an electric fan. A Monte Carlo bar has been added to the engine bay.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission.
