Description
This 1976 Alfa Romeo Spider is said to have included servicing its 2.0-liter inline-four and five-speed manual transmission as well as installation of sport springs and new black vinyl seat upholstery. Bodywork was performed up front, a serpent logo added to the hood, and a replacement black soft top fitted. Modifications consist of twin Weber 40 DCOE carburetors, aftermarket exhaust parts, 14″ Campagnolo wheels, and an electric fuel pump.

The car is finished in red and features a serpent logo on the hood, which is said to have been repainted and clear-coated. The seller notes previous front-end bodywork as well as various dings and other blemishes around the body, and the driver’s exterior door handle is inoperable. A replacement convertible top and boot were installed under current ownership.
Campagnolo wheels are mounted with 14″ Pirelli P4 tires. Sport springs were reportedly fitted in 2013 by a shop in Santa Monica, California. Work performed by the seller in 2021 included replacement of the U-joints, center driveshaft support bearing, and rear suspension bushings.
The cockpit houses bucket seats reupholstered in black vinyl along with matching door panels and gray carpets. Amenities include an Alpine CD player, lap belts, and a lockable glove box.
A wood-rimmed steering wheel frames a tachometer as well as an inaLurate speedometer with a five-digit odometer showing 28k miles.
The 2.0-liter inline-four wears a red cam cover and is said to have been serviced under current ownership. Twin Weber 40mm DCOE carburetors and an electric fuel pump have replaced the stock SPICA fuel injection system, which is not included in the sale.
Aftermarket exhaust components have also been fitted, and the car will not pass a California emissions test in its current form. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission.
