Work in 2021 reportedly included re-torquing the cylinder heads, a valve adjustment, fitting replacement ignition components, and replacement of the tires.

The 3.2-liter flat-six utilizes Bosch fuel injection and was rated at 217 horsepower and 195 lb-ft of torque when new. An engine service by RennWerke Porsche of Elmsford, New York in 2021, reportedly included a valve adjustment, re-torquing the cylinder heads, re-sealing the rocker shafts, and replacement of the distributor cap and rotor.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a five-speed G50 manual transaxle with an optional limited-slip differential.
The window sticker shows initial delivery to Hoffman Porsche of East Hartford, Connecticut, as well as factory colors, options, and a total price of $48,868. Manufacturer’s literature, a tool kit, service records, and original sales paperwork also accompany the car.
