This 1991 Ford Bronco XLT 4×4 was recently acquired by the seller, reportedly from the estate of the original owner, and it is finished in two-tone blue over a blue cloth interior. Power comes from a fuel-injected 5.8L V8 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case, and additional equipment includes a matching removable hardtop, bright-finished 15″ aluminum wheels, power-assisted brakes and steering, air conditioning, cruise control, an AM/FM/cassette stereo, and an aftermarket car phone. Work in December 2020 included replacing the fuel sending unit, a coolant temperature sensor, the battery, the tailgate window motor, and the driver’s door window motor.
The body is finished in Deep Shadow Blue with Bright Regatta Blue accents and features a matching removable hardtop, an electric rear window, twin exhaust outlets, and chrome bumpers, side mirrors, trim, and wheel arch moldings.
Bright-finished 15″ aluminum wheels are mounted with 235/75 Michelin XLT A/S tires with raised white lettering. The seller states the tires were replaced in 2020.
The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in blue cloth upholstery complemented by patterned inserts. Woodgrain trim accents the dash, and additional equipment includes a locking center console with storage and cupholders, air conditioning, cruise control, an AM/FM/cassette stereo, and a period aftermarket car phone mounted on the transmission tunnel. The driver-side window motor was replaced during a December 2020 service. The seller states that the air conditioning does not blow cold air, and stains can be seen at the rear of the cargo-area carpeting.
The multi-function steering wheel frames an 85-mph speedometer, a 6k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer indicates 32k miles.
The fuel-injected 5.8-liter Windsor V8 sends power to the rear or all four wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. A December 2020 service by CRM Auto Repair of Oakland, Florida, included replacing the fuel sending unit, a coolant temperature sensor, and the battery.
